Yamaha Flute YFL-461HA 925 Silver - Offset G and B Foot - With Case Cover Manual

A neighbor of mine is moving and asked me to sell several boxes of items left behind by the kids.  This item is a Yamaha YFL-461HA 925 Silver flute.  It comes with a case and carrying bag as well as the original owner's manual, a cleaning rod and cloth.  I took it to the flute lesson teacher at our high school and this is the report she gave to me on it, "
Yamaha:
-Offset G means that the G key is off alignment so there is less strain in the left hand and wrist- creates a more comfortable hand position. Its a good thing!
-B Foot-extra note below middle C....N foot has a Gizmo key that makes playing C4 easier. It also helps with the center of gravity and balance of the flute. Students will rarely encounter actually needing to play the B below middles C but in some solo work you may come across it.
-Every note is speakable...seems like the right hand 4 & 5 pads aren't sealing quite as well.
-Needs to be polished up for sure. It's kind of sticky.
-Condition- I would say Good."
I took it to an instrument repair shop and the manager (a flutist) had the following to say after assembling and playing it - paraphrasing - the flute plays extremely well but he would recommend a comprehensive repad (all pads, corks and felts) and a thorough cleaning given its age and condition for optimum performance.
