Yamaha started making these great Vito flutes in the 70's advertised as "the doublers dream flute" and are noted for their ease of play and durability. Vito was eventually sold to LeBlanc but this one is made in Japan and Yamaha built.
The action is great with outstanding tone, projection and ease of articulation.
It has a lot of light scratches and polishing swirls as to be expected from a used silver plated instrument. Nothing big to point out.
Don't let it's age fool you, this flute was built to last and last.
These scratches in no way affect the flutes sound or
play-ability
, they are normal for a student flute and we are sure your student will put some more on them. These great Vito student flutes are outstanding work horses and are built to last for years. We refurbish the best of them so everyone can get a chance to learn to play.
