Vintage Porcelain Moss Rose Cigarette Lighter Table Top Lighter Japan Chase.
This does not come with lighter fluid. I do not know if it works. Very pretty. In vintage used condition. A few discolored dots on porcelain. The silver colored lighter part has dust on it. Please see photos. This would make a pretty display piece.
