    This is a a pair natural Australian crystal opal mined in cooper pedy. They are called mosaic opal triplets which are small pieces of opal held together by uv glue which is more water resistant than other glues.  . We collect small gem pieces of crystal opal in a cylinder tube with a bonding agent and we slice them very thin with a backing and a clear top to protect the stone
