    Boy Scouts of America BSA Order of the Arrow OA, lot of 3 pocket flap patches all 3 degrees of the order so 3 different patches one time issue for NOAC 2006 MSU, National Oder of the Arrow Conference held at Michigan State University, this was the largest gathering ever with 8003 in attendance, unusual find for the right collector.
