Ornate Heavy Antique Large Sheffield Silver Plate Grape And Vine Wine Coaster.
Beautiful highly decorated grape and vine Sheffield 8 1/2” wine coaster. Silver plate on the the inside bottom and wood on the underside. Heavy and of fine quality. I could not find a mark but appears to be Early Sheffield. Heavy weighing about 1 1/4 pound. There are no signs of wear and shined beautifully. Highly raised and I intricate pattern. The last photos show a few small imperfections in the bottom piece of silver plate that surrounds the wood bottom. Some very mild surface scratching on the inside bottom that can only be seen upon close inspection.
