1960 original 7" EP with picture cover signed in black ink by Eddie Lewis and Walter Ward, who also inscribed "Best Wishes."
Two 1" seam splits at top edge of cover, crease at top left corner.
Includes PSA/DNA COA and Rockaway Records letter of authenticity, which is our lifetime guarantee.
Condition: Disc VG-, Cover G+
