This High Limb Chain Saw is offered in like new condition, never used.  It is in the box with paperwork.  However, one piece of paperwork may not have come with it originally as it shows hand straps that are not included.  The other paperwork, instructions for use, does not show hand straps as part of this set.  Rope-and-Chain Saw was made by GREEN MOUNTAIN PRODUCTS, INC. and was made in the USA.
