Malco Modes '50s vintage inspired tea-length 2 layer petticoat crinoline. The top layer has 5 tiers of nylon net with matching satin binding on each tier. The bottom layer is made of nylon organza for a softer feel against the skin.  This petticoat is perfect for a tea length prom, wedding, rockabilly or 1950's dress, a Halloween costume or anything that requires some pouf and pizazz!
