eSuperStore has been an eBay seller since 2004.  We are a small business located in San Jose, California, USA with a mission to offer a variety of consumer goods and collectibles.
Our items are stored in a climate-controlled, smoke-free and pet-free environment.  Due to the nature of previously owned items and collectibles, there will be odors from natural aging and prior ownership that is beyond our control.
PAYMENT
For Buy It Now items: immediate payment is required upon selecting “Buy It Now” or upon your cart checkout.
For Auctions: payment must be received within 7 calendar days of auction closing.  Buyer will receive eBay payment reminders.  Unless the buyer and seller agree to a different time period, the order will be canceled on the 8th day.
Bid Retractions:  bidder can cancel or retract a bid up to 24-hours before an auction closes.  Within 24-hours, the bidder can contact the seller to retract subject to the store’s days & hours of operations.
SHIPPING, PACKAGING & HANDLING
As a licensed small business, we include a reasonable handling fee (materials and services) of .95 to each order. Postage subject to change by the United States Postal Service. Combined shipping is available for items in a single checkout.
USA
Postage quote is determined by buyer's shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL
We use the eBay International Shipping ("EIS") delivery service only.  Combined shipping to some countries may be available and is calculated by EIS based on weight.  International quotes and delivery times are determined by eBay and cannot be adjusted.
DAYS & HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST excluding US holidays.  Questions are answered within a reasonable period of time.
