    For sale is an incredible flute made by Louis Lot. Very rare opportunity to own "the Stradivarius of flutes." Serial number 3442 dates this flute to the year 1883- the Golden Era for the flute.
    This was a pivotal time in music history and for the flute as well. Claude Debussy's

    was premiered in Paris on December 22, 1894 and played by George Barr
    ère. It is incredible to think that this flute could have played such important music from French composers as it was being composed during this era!
    The flute has a B-footjoint (rare for this time- great for modern players!), is unaltered, plays well at A-440 Hz, and comes with the original case and locking key. It has a ravishing sound that Louis Lot is known for!
