Lisa Velez's signature is across the print image, contrast is just fair. Moseley has signed as "Spanador, Hughes has signed as "Hue". 4th unidentified signature is of the bass player.
This item comes from a large concert scrapbook, created by student event coordinators, at the University of South Florida in Tampa, during the 1980’s and 1990’s.
All these events were held at the USF Sun Dome, Tampa.
In essence, these items are artist autographed, student made, promotional event posters.

Bio and Background:
Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam were an urban contemporary band and one of the first freestyle music groups to emerge from New York City in the 1980s. Cult Jam consisted of vocalist Lisa Lisa (Velez), guitarist/bassist Alex "Spanador" Moseley, and drummer/keyboardist Mike Hughes. They were assembled and produced by Full Force, of which Moseley and Hughes were also members
