("LEVEL5") offers a LIFETIME warranty to the original owner that these products will be free from defects in material and function. This warranty is valid only in the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe. A one (1) year warranty applies in all other countries/markets.
EASY RETURNS
THE LEVEL5 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
It is important that you have some time to evaluate the design, quality, fit and finish of your new LEVEL5 tools before fully committing to their use. Therefore if you aren't 100% satisfied, you have a period of 30 days from purchase to return any UNUSED tools you've purchased directly from LEVEL5 Tools LLC. ​

If you've purchased your tools from a LEVEL5 Tools authorized dealer, please contact the dealer regarding its return policy and process, which may differ.
THE RETURN PROCESS
To return an item to our facility, please contact us through eBay's Message Center. Provide your order number, a description of the tool(s) that you will be returning, and the reason for their return. You will then be provided with a Returned Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number so that we can identify your package once it is delivered to our facility.
Once your tools have been received in good order, you will receive a refund of the original price, according to the terms outlined below.​
TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you wish to return LEVEL5 tools within the 30-day evaluation period:
The tools must be unused and undamaged so they can be resold as new.
The tools must be returned in the original packaging, including any internal bags, foam inserts, internal boxes, and/or shipping boxes - to ensure the tool(s) are properly protected during delivery back to our facility.
LEVEL5 is not responsible for any damage caused by the shipper when returning the tools. The condition of your returned tools will be evaluated based on how they arrived at our facility.
Any unused tools received that cannot be resold as new will need to be refurbished and repackaged or discarded. A 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Any tools received that are used will be charged a 50% restocking fee OR returned back to you if preferred. You will be responsible for paying any corresponding return shipping charges.
