For its premium stainless steel hand tools, specifically its one-piece welded joint knives and all stainless steel taping and joint knives with soft grip handles, LEVEL5 Tools, LLC. ("LEVEL5") offers a LIFETIME warranty to the original owner that these products will be free from defects in material and function. This warranty is valid only in the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe. A one (1) year warranty applies in all other countries/markets.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
The Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from its use.
The Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, negligence, fire, theft, loss or intentional damage.
All shipments to the LEVEL5 facility must be freight paid. LEVEL5 reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by under the Warranty. Discontinued products may be replaced with newer models when necessary.

ACROSS THE CONTINENTAL USA
LEVEL5 will cover the shipping costs for all orders across the continental USA. ‍Orders delivered throughout the continental USA will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground. Delivery times vary between 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located in relation to our headquarters in Kansas City, KS.
The "Continental United States" refers to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, but excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the other U.S. territories and military posts.
OTHER REGIONS
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and military posts, as well as international locations, LEVEL5 uses eBay's Global Shipping Program. Through this program, we ship your order to eBay's centralized distribution center in Kentucky and eBay in turn delivers your order efficiently to your location. eBay also automatically calculates the appropriate shipping costs, duties and/or taxes that are applicable.
Please note that eBay's Global Shipping Program has a maximum sale threshold of 00. LEVEL5 is therefore unable to process orders outside of the Continental USA through eBay.
EASY RETURNS
THE LEVEL5 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
It is important that you have some time to evaluate the design, quality, fit and finish of your new LEVEL5 tools before fully committing to their use. Therefore if you aren't 100% satisfied, you have a period of 30 days from purchase to return any UNUSED tools you've purchased directly from LEVEL5 Tools LLC.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you've purchased your tools from a LEVEL5 Tools authorized dealer, please contact the dealer regarding its return policy and process, which may differ.
THE RETURN PROCESS
To return an item to our facility, please contact us through eBay's Message Center. Provide your order number, a description of the tool(s) that you will be returning, and the reason for their return. You will then be provided with a Returned Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number so that we can identify your package once it is delivered to our facility.
Once your tools have been received in good order, you will receive a refund of the original price, according to the terms outlined below.​
TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you wish to return LEVEL5 tools within the 30-day evaluation period:
The tools must be unused and undamaged so they can be resold as new.
The tools must be returned in the original packaging, including any internal bags, foam inserts, internal boxes, and/or shipping boxes - to ensure the tool(s) are properly protected during delivery back to our facility.
LEVEL5 is not responsible for any damage caused by the shipper when returning the tools. The condition of your returned tools will be evaluated based on how they arrived at our facility.
Any unused tools received that cannot be resold as new will need to be refurbished and repackaged or discarded. A 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Any tools received that are used will be charged a 50% restocking fee OR returned back to you if preferred. You will be responsible for paying any corresponding return shipping charges.
