You can pay for this service if your speaker has no power meaning that it won't power on and you have already check the fuse. You will be charge inspection fee if you board is found to be working correctly plus shipping fees.

Please carefully take your unit apart, disconnect the speaker wires and front LED connector. It would be best if you can send just the circuit board and not the entire heatsink with the boards attach to it however this does required more disassembly that you have to do, If you don't feel comfortable doing this you can send the entire unit minus the speaker itself and the frame/housing .
