I bought this new from J.B. Weissman about 10 years ago. I only played it a few times and it is like new. J.B. sized to fit my Louis Lot flute and it also fits my handmade custom Powell perfectly. And if the tenon diameter were reduced by .005 it would fit an Armstrong 303b.
