This is a vintage HO scale Preiser Set #107 of nude female sunbathers.  The set includes accessories that need assembling: beach umbrella, cabana, and signs.  The accessories are not painted.  You can leave as-is or paint to your liking.
It is basically new.  Only 1 figure had been removed to use on layout.
