Haynes Commercial Model Flute.
Amazing solid silver Haynes Commercial Model Flute made in 1951. Closed hole, offset G, c-foot, heavy wall, drawn tone holes, all solid silver. Originally sold to the US military. Key of C, A=440.
Overhauled by Brian Bertram in 2019. Clean, oil and adjust by Flute Arts in 2021. Very clean and well-regulated. Some scratches here and there, and a small dent in the lip plate (pictured- the flute is 70 years old!) These do not affect playing (the flute is 70 years old!)
