Gemeinhardt Solid Silver Model X Flute - "Professional / Custom" Head Fair Shape

Up for sale, a Gemeinhardt Model X solid silver flute with "Professional / Custom" marked Gemeinhardt solid silver head-joint.  All joints are marked Solid Silver.  This flute was a bit oxidized and I spent 5 minutes on it with a polishing cloth.  It has cleaned up fairly well but begs for a bit more polishing to make it nice.  The body does have some fine scratches which may require more intensive or professional work to make perfect.
I see two tiny dings (one on the head-joint and one on the main body).  The pads look pretty good, nothing jumps out as needing immediate attention.  Since I am not a player, I always suggest having an instrument checked and adjusted by a professional prior to relying upon it.  There may be something that needs attention that I am not seeing.
Please note: the case is in HORRIBLE condition.  The latches are broken and the interior cavities are also damaged.  I'll pack it carefully and zip tie the case shut.  It will need immediate replacement.
