This beautifully crafted piece is make of a special crystal called dichroic glass which is made by combining diferent ferrous oxides at a carefully monitored temperature which is critical to give it its unique glimmer and shine.
"Dichroic" means "two colors".  As the pendant moves, it reflects different colors.  It will even pick up colors from your wardrobe.  Dichroic glass is one of the most expensive glasses made.
