This storm shelter is construction panelized steel, and is designed to withstand massive abuses from mother nature and criminal activity alike. The unit has been wind-tested, certified, and approved to withstand 250 MPH winds in a EF5 Tornado event. This unit is factory standard compliant with FEMA 320, 361 and ICC 500 Building Codes. It is engineered and designed to able to withstand tornado force wind speeds and secure protection from intrusion in your home or business.
