Instructions for Use
Master Greeting OGM Recording Methods:
Manual Recording:
Turn on the device.
With the handset on the cradle, press and hold the middle button until you hear a beep.
Lift the handset and release the middle button to enter OGM recording mode.
Record your greeting and then place the handset back on the cradle to stop recording.
Using a Computer:
Create an OGM.MP3 file using computer software.
Connect the device to the computer with a USB cable (the device acts as a card reader).
Copy the OGM.MP3 file to the root directory of the device's TF card.
Guest Message Recording:
The guest picks up the handset.
The greeting OGM plays automatically.
After the beep, the guest can record their message.
Hanging up the handset stops the recording.
Playback Mode:
In standby mode, press the middle button to enter playback mode.
The latest recording will play through the device’s speaker.
Press the middle button again to switch to the previous recording.
After the recording, if no button is pressed within 5 seconds, the device exits playback mode and returns to standby.
In playback mode, lifting the handset switches to guest message recording mode.
LED Indicators:
LED is steady during standby and playback mode.
LED blinks when there is a new, unplayed message.
LED blinks in recording mode.
Accessing Recordings:
Connect the device to a computer via USB cable.
The device acts as a card reader, allowing direct access to the TF card’s contents.
