Armstrong Model 80 BTE OS Solid Silver Flute w/ Gold Engraved Lip Plate - Used

Up for sale, an Armstrong (USA mfg.) Model 80 BTE OS solid-silver thin-wall flute with gold riser.  This instrument was manufactured sometime in the early 2000's based on my research, it sat near (or at) the top of the Armstrong line when manufactured.  You can get full details and specifications with a google search.
The instrument for sale here is relatively nice looking, no signs of heavy play wear or any noted dings or dents.  I do see that the joint where the body connects to the foot (on the body joint), there is some damage to the inner-connector piece (pictured).  It does make a good tight fit so I don't believe this will present any problems.  Pads look relatively good but due to age may require some attention.  I always recommend taking wind instruments and having them professional adjusted and serviced prior to play, I am certainly no expert.
The current version of this instrument retails for a bit over 00.
Comes in original case which looks fairly good, I do see a few small rub marks on the exterior.
