Armstrong Emeritus 60 handmade flute - solid silver, new head joint, overhauled

Excellent condition Armstrong Emeritus model 60 handmade flute, serial number 74-49307. This flute has had a total overhaul, new pads, new corks, key height adjusted and made uniform. This flute has a solid silver body, mechanism and keys.  It was handmade in 1974 and was built to compete with the Haynes and Powell commercial flutes of that time. Open hole, inline G with a C-foot.  This flute was hand made and as such, the tenon socket on the foot was not quite soldered straight and the foot points very slightly up as shown in one photo.  This has never affected the tone or response of the flute but I am mentioning it here.   A brand new Armstrong P4 sterling silver thin-wall head with gold-plated lip plate was selected after trying many other Armstrong heads and this particular P4 head really improves the tone and response of this flute. The original head joint is not included as it is not very responsive and has excessive resistance. There are no dings or dents anywhere on the body or foot. This flute comes in the original Armstrong Emeritus case with zippered, padded case cover. The case is like new and the padded cover is also nearly mint condition. Used by a non-smoking adult.
This flute was overhauled two years ago and rarely played after the overhaul.
THREE DAY TRIAL PERIOD:
If this flute is returned, it must be postmarked and be in the possession of the USPS postal system within 3 days of when you received it, NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXCUSES.  This means that you cannot just generate a shipping label within 3 days and then hold the flute for another 3 or 4 days.   Initial shipping charges, including insurance and signature, will not be refunded and you must pay for return shipping and insurance.  It must be returned in the same condition as when it was originally sent to you, no damage or modifications and playing nicely.  It must also be returned in the same shipping box using the same packing materials.  You cannot put it in a flimsy box to save postage.
