    Description

    A magnificent and highly decorative shell shaped biscuit box, with a beautiful frame in the form of tree branches.
    The box, when open, reveals a splendid two compartment box - each with a pierced grill.
    Dating to around 1880, this antique piece was made by the highly sought-after silversmith Fenton Brothers and is also marked Staniforth's Pantent 4467.
    Oxidation is present.
