    Description

    This is a one-year-old Altus Z cut headjoint that has been very, very lightly used.  Sterling silver tube, lip plate, and riser (.925).  In excellent condition overall with only very minor signs of use (slight swirl marks on tenon, etc.).  Has a more square-shaped embouchure hole than the other Altus cuts in order to enhance response, which is definitely noticeable when playing this Z head next to the Altus S and V heads.
    Beautiful sound overall.  Very warm and clear, with fantastic response and intonation.  Extremely comfortable resistance which I would describe as light to medium, but definitely more free-blowing than most other "standard" headjoints.
