1930's Antique Dollhouse Miniature Hand Hooked Rug Ship Coastal House 1:12 scale

This will be short because I'm listing this on my phone.  The flash takes away the aged look you see in person, where it looks so much older & better & the red is actually a gorgeous burgundy.  The first photo is the closest to accurate.
Antique hooked rug from the 1920s to the 1930s in perfect 1:12th scale for a small rug or 1:24th scale for a large rug.  Someone has put Modge Podge or spray sealer over the back more recently.  You can tell part of the age because of the fading of the front compared to the back which, despite the sealer, shows more of the brighter original colors that the front used to have just like most full-sized antique hooked rugs.  The ship is more visible on the back.  Antique hooked rugs in good scale are quite rare. Most of them are large and bulky. This one is thin and very well done.  The triple rope border along with the coastal scene of a ship, lighthouse, and a house by the sea give this a truly nautical feel and make me think it might have been sold somewhere like Nantucket where they sold the baskets in the early 20th century & could even be sailor-made rope work.  You can see the measurements in the last two photos.  I have never seen another to-scale miniature rug like it.
Condition-  Excellent antique condition, with the front faded somewhat so the ship is more difficult to see, the water isn't blue anymore, & the back shows more of the original colors just like in any antique full sized hooked rug.
