    Description

    This Wooden flute or pan pipe has "Calliope" printed on the label.  These were patented on August 20, 1889 (#409,315) by the Bostwick & Burgess Mfg. Co. of Norwalk, Ohio.
    I believe they were sold or given away free at the Chicago Worlds Fair. It has 10 holes for different notes. Great addition for Worlds Fair Collectors!
    Measures: 6 1/4” long x 3 1/2” wide
    As you can see part of the label is missing, it depicts Columbus Landing in the New World
